Welcome to Anza! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Anza platform, including the User App, Vendor App, and Rider/Delivery App. By accessing or using any Anza services, you agree to comply with these terms.


1. Definitions

  • "Anza" refers to the e-commerce platform and its associated applications.
  • "User" refers to customers using the Anza User App to shop for products.
  • "Vendor" refers to businesses using the Anza Vendor App to sell products.
  • "Rider" refers to delivery personnel using the Anza Rider/Delivery App.
  • "Services" refer to all functionalities provided through Anza apps.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
  • Vendors must provide accurate business registration details.
  • Riders must meet Anza’s eligibility and verification requirements.

3. Account Registration

  • Users, Vendors, and Riders must create an account with accurate details.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately.

4. Use of Services

4.1 User Obligations

  • Users agree to provide accurate shipping details.
  • Users must not misuse the platform for fraudulent activities.
  • Payments must be made through authorized methods.

4.2 Vendor Obligations

  • Vendors must ensure product listings are accurate and comply with applicable laws.
  • Orders must be fulfilled promptly and in good condition.
  • Vendors are responsible for resolving disputes with customers.

4.3 Rider Obligations

  • Riders must complete assigned deliveries professionally and on time.
  • Riders must use the app's navigation tools and comply with safety regulations.
  • Riders agree to maintain a valid identification and follow Anza’s delivery policies.

5. Payments and Transactions

  • Anza facilitates secure payments, but is not responsible for unauthorized transactions.
  • Vendors receive payments after successful order fulfillment, subject to applicable fees.
  • Riders are paid according to Anza’s compensation structure.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Users can cancel orders within the timeframe specified in the app.
  • Vendors must honor refund policies as outlined in Anza’s guidelines.
  • Riders must follow delivery cancellation policies to avoid penalties.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users, Vendors, and Riders must not:

  • Engage in fraudulent transactions.
  • Upload harmful or illegal content.
  • Disrupt the platform’s functionality.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, and logos on Anza belong to Anza or its licensors.
  • Users, Vendors, and Riders must not copy, modify, or distribute Anza’s content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Anza is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
  • Anza does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
  • Users, Vendors, and Riders assume all risks associated with using the platform.

10. Termination

  • Anza reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • Users, Vendors, and Riders may delete their accounts, but some obligations may survive termination.

11. Amendments

  • Anza may update these Terms and Conditions periodically.
  • Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes agreement to the changes.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
